Rights for nobody in RT
I have RT 3.8.8 and a want find ways of adjusting the RT:
ticket with no owner "Nobody in particular" can't be closed (or ticket
will not change the state)
Is it posible to change this in settings RT without changing code in
"Ticket_Overlay.pm"?
