Screen Resolution of Hyper-V VM server changing after RDP session
We have a Windows Server 2008 R2 VM on Hyper-V which performs some image
software operations, some involving screen captures which are dependent on
the local resolution being set properly. After a recent reboot, RDP
sessions seem to be changing the resolution of the server to a lower
resolution after disconnecting. I know that locally RDP sessions can be
made to emulate the connecting host's resolution, but it should revert
back to the server settings after they disconnect. What could be causing
this? Could it be due to me using the Hyper-V console to access the server
while 2 other people access it via RDP while sharing the same user
profile?
